What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Loan Processor position at Shoreham Bank?
Key Responsibilities:
· Verify documentation, prepare, and send loan contract packages to dealers and customers
· Verify documentation, prepare funding file, and fund loan contracts to dealers and brokers
· Communicate with dealer partners as necessary
· Input customer data accurately and quickly
· Make consistent and sound decisions involving verification of documents
· Communicate with fellow processors and underwriters to insure consistency and compliance with all documents
· Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Ability to manage high volume work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to work independently and work well with others as part of a team
· Knowledge of applicable Federal and State laws as they pertain to consumer lending
· Good sense of urgency in dealing with time sensitive documents
· Must be detail oriented and be able to handle multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
· Must possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time management skills
· Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills
· Build lasting relationships through superior customer service
· PC proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and the Internet
· High school diploma or equivalent
· High energy and fast paced office environment.
