Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time **Post Documentation Specialist** to join our team. The Post Documentation Specialist is responsible for supporting the loan funding and documentation process to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This role includes preparing and processing wire transfer documents, obtaining required approvals, and reviewing loan documentation packages for completeness, including verification of signatures. The specialist coordinates the delivery of finalized documents to loan operations, records collateral documents, processes invoices, and prepares funding worksheets. Additionally, the role requires collaboration across departments, adherence to bank policies and lending procedures, and effective communication with both internal teams and external clients. The Post Documentation Specialist maintains accurate records, generates required reports, and responds promptly to inquiries while keeping supervisors informed of relevant updates and issues.

- Funding of new or increased loans through the various channels of wire, check or deposit.
- Review executed loan documents for completeness; organize, scan, and provide completed packages to loan operations.
- Serves as a backup to the Document Specialist for monitoring e-signature status and the receipt of executed documents.
- Record collateral documents as applicable.
- Process invoices and other payments as related to the loan documentation function.
- Follow up with appropriate internal and external customers as necessary to obtain clarification and /or any missing/incomplete data within the timeframes establishe
- Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
- Communicates with management and staff personnel in order to integrate goals and activities.
- Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from other bank personnel, customers, etc., within given time frames and within established policy.
- Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, SAFE Act, etc.; ensures that the office and all personnel adhere to the same.

- A high school diploma in related field, relative experience; specialized lending education/training preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years related experience normally required, this could include teller training experience.
- The pay range for this position is $21.00 to $27.00 hourly.
- Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
