Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time **Loan Administration Specialist** to join our team. Essential Functions Include
- Monitors and invoices Letter of Credit annual renewals.
- Maintains records on borrowers financial statements by logging receipt, requesting financial statements, and follow ups with obligors.
- Maintains records of covenants/financial indicators by logging receipt of testing verification, requesting Credit or Lender involvement, and follow ups.
- Monitors asset-based loans. Receives draw requests and required reporting documents to ensure that loan advances are within approved advance rate limits. Periodic requests of required financial reporting documents for active lines of credit.
- Coordinates the monthly renewal process for small lines of credit by receiving, reviewing, and updating information on the renewal reports, gathering the required approval information., and forwarding the final report to the necessary departments and people.
- Initiates review of various segments of loan portfolio. (ie. Automated Approval Monitoring and Rate Resets)
- Monitor and obtain critical loan deficiencies that are 90 days past due.
- Review and obtain necessary documentation for non-originated commercial loans.
- Prepares various vital monthly and quarterly reports.
- Review Borrowers insurance claim checks, and decision as to whether the funds will be released to the Borrower or monitored by the Bank.
- Assists in preparation for loan review and bank examinations.
- Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g., Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act, SAFE Act, etc.; ensures that the office and all personnel adhere to the same.
- Participates in required training sessions, including training for compliance with BSA/AML policies and procedures.

- Days of Work: Monday-Friday.
- High school diploma/GED equivalent.
- 1 year experience successfully providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a lending-related position is desirable
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding corporate and borrower information
- The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $30.00 hourly.
- Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements and/or skill level, and will be finalized at the time of offer.
