This is a full-time on-site role, located in Mays Landing, NJ, for a Cleaner at Shore to Sparkle Cleaning. The Cleaner will be responsible for performing general cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash, to maintain a clean and organized environment. This role includes ensuring proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues, and working collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet cleanliness standards.
- Cleaning and sanitization skills, including knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude toward clients and colleagues
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and ability to lift and move cleaning equipment or supplies safely
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not required
