Shore Staffing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to students in a school-based setting in Elkton, Maryland. Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations for students with communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students.
Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, occupational therapists, parents, and other educational staff.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding student progress.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and Medicaid billing (if applicable).
Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and school district regulations.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist License.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) may be considered.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
School-based experience preferred but not required.
