Position Summary

Shore Power E-Bike Co. is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee day-to-day retail operations and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of retail store management experience and a strong ability to lead a team, drive sales, maintain operational standards, and create a welcoming store environment.

A strong preference will be given to candidates with experience opening and launching a new retail store location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Shore Power E-Bike Co. retail location.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate store employees.
• Drive sales performance and help achieve store revenue goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and day-to-day team operations.
• Monitor inventory, product displays, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure e-bikes, accessories, and other products are presented professionally.
• Help manage store procedures, opening and closing, cash handling, and operational controls.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and service issues professionally.
• Work closely with the service department and management team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track sales, inventory, and other key store performance metrics.
• Support local marketing, promotions, events, and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
• Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail store management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet performance goals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of store operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience opening and launching a new retail store location strongly preferred.
• Experience hiring and training a new store team.
• Experience developing local customer awareness and driving traffic to a new location.
• Experience in e-bike, bicycle, powersports, automotive, sporting goods, or specialty retail is a plus.
• Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and retail reporting.
