Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Commercial Pool Technician to join our dynamic team. This person MUST have commercial pool service experience. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, minor repairing, and servicing large-scale commercial swimming pools to ensure optimal safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional pool experiences for clients and ensure compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of commercial pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment checks
- Troubleshoot & Diagnose and pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and circulation systems using appropriate tools and techniques
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of pool components
- Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for each pool serviced as required by the health department
- Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical issues related to pool systems and recommend solutions for ongoing performance improvements
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
Skills
- Extensive experience cleaning and maintaining large-scale 100k gallon pools
- Strong mechanical knowledge of pool equipment and systems
- Extensive knowledge of pool maintenance, cleaning procedures, and chemical treatments
- Experience with LSI a big plus.
- Ability to perform routine pool cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Service technician experience with a focus on commercial pools is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges
