Front Desk Receptionist at Shore Outpatient Surgicenter
The Front Desk Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls. All other duties assigned by the Business Office Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
- Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
- Medical terminology and computer experience preferred.
- Good communication skills.
Pay Range: $20.42/hr – $23.41/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
