What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN - Adult Services Day Habilitation Program position at Shore Educational Collaborative?
Shore Educational Collaborative has an immediate opening for an LPN at our Adult Services Day Habilitation program in Peabody to work (1:2) with people with developmental and health disabilities. The right candidate should have experience with seizure disorders, tracheostomy care, and g-tube feedings. The nurse will work directly with this individual and be responsible for monitoring health status, providing nursing/health interventions, administering medication, and providing physical care.
This is a fun, positive program, with a highly invested and energetic group of staff and program participants. The schedule is (30-35) hours, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This position may share building-wide coverage with another nurse and cover other nurses at Chelsea and Woburn Adult Services.
Ideal candidates love and have experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Must be licensed as an LPN by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions.
