Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
- Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items.
- Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse customer base.
