This is full-time non-union position in our Yardley, PA and Flemington, NJ Stores.
Hours: 40 hours per week Sunday - Saturday. Must be available to work 5 days including weekends. Hours to be determined.
Position Description:
- Work undercover in assigned stores, with a primary focus on the detection and apprehension of shoplifters
- Appear in court on behalf of the company to ensure successful prosecution of apprehended subjects
- Work with all levels of management and associates to ensure the protection of company assets
- Respond to any and all emergency situations in the store and offer assistance as necessary
- Maintain a positive relationship with local authorities in matters relating to company business
- Assist in the investigation of personal injury accidents with the use of the CCTV systems
- Help maintain a safe workplace for all associates

Requirements:
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
1. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
2. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
3. Ability to make critical decisions quickly and effectively
4. Must be able to pass a criminal background check
5. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
6. Experience in loss prevention preferred but not a requirement
7. Must possess a high school diploma/GED
8. Must be willing to travel to other stores if needed
9. Must possess a valid driver’s license
10. Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25lbs., and occasionally
lift 50lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
