Position Summary
This position will support Bourbon Steak by Michale Mina.
The polisher is responsible for:
- Maintaining cleanliness in the overall dining room.
- Polishing silverware, glassware, utensils, etc.
- Perform opening/closing duties as necessary.
- Fold napkins and roll silverware in appropriate time.
