What You Do:

What You Bring to the Table:
(Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting or Finance preferred)
- CFA charter preferred
- 5 years’ progressive experience in financial analysis or management; real estate sector experience a plus
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; experience with modern financial systems and BI tools preferred
- Proven ability to deliver accurate budgets and forecasts on deadline
- Strategic mindset with a track record of solving complex problems and driving process improvements
