Responsibilities

- Process sales using the POS system, ensuring all items are scanned correctly.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and upsell products to enhance customer experience.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Supervise junior staff members when necessary, ensuring adherence to store policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cashier or retail sales role preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems.
