Seeking Part Time Retail Sales Associate

Shoppe Twelve, and our newest boutique MIAH, known for cutting edge fashions and passion to make women and girls of all ages feel and look beautiful is looking to hire Retail Sales Associates for our downtown Napa locations.

As a Shoppe Twelve|Miah Sales Associate your duties would include:
- Providing a positive and elevated customer experience to all of our guests by providing product knowledge and styling advice.
- Handling cash and credit transactions during the check-out process.
- Maintaining a visually appealing environment by stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, and straightening merchandise on the sales floor.
- Preparing our clothing and products for display on the sales floor.
- Performing boutique opening and closing procedures.
- Contributing to a positive work environment and collaborating with other team members.
- Maintaining a high degree of personal integrity and trustworthiness.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
- Able to execute tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
- Possess a kind, honest, and outgoing personality and a flair for fashion.
- The ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities and problem solve independently.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Saturdays are a must.
- Must be able to lift or carry up to 35 pounds.
- Experience with social media content creation (posts, layouts, Reels, etc.) is a plus!
