The Process Improvement Analyst – Supply Chain supports continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation efforts across Shoppa’s Supply Chain organization. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, supporting system optimization (ERP, WMS, TMS), and driving data-driven decision-making to improve performance across Procurement, Warehousing, and Transportation functions. The role also supports analysis of departmental financial performance, including spend, cost drivers, and budget adherence, to identify opportunities for cost optimization and more informed operational decision-making.

Qualifications
- Support the execution of supply chain process improvement initiatives across Procurement, Warehousing, and Transportation.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the design, documentation, and standardization of business processes and workflows.
- Support ERP, WMS, and TMS optimization efforts, including user testing, troubleshooting, and requirements gathering.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and monitor results.
- Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to track operational performance.
- Analyze departmental financial data, including operating expenses and procurement-related spend, to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen events, value-stream mapping (VSM), and root cause analysis.
- Assist in modeling and analysis efforts to support decision-making (e.g., inventory optimization, routing efficiency, warehouse flow).
- Document business requirements and translate operational needs into system or process enhancements.
- Support training and change management efforts related to new processes, tools, or system updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience (UX) within supply chain systems and workflows.
