Details of the role
- Pay: $25~$30/hour plus commission (1099 Independent Contractor)
- Location: SLX studio, North Hollywood, Los angeles
- Shifts: Workdays and Weekends as needed: Approximately 4 hours each shift
- Training: On-site training ($22/hour) required before hosting live-streaming shows
- Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Be the face of our 50-million-fan brand, representing and showcasing products while engaging audiences across the U.S.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and enhance the live-streaming experience.
- Create a positive, engaging environment by interacting with viewers, answering questions, and responding to comments in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling tips tailored to individual preferences.
- Produce entertaining and creative TikTok videos to promote products and upcoming live streams.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales and growth targets.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the African-American market in the U.S.
- Age 25 preferred. Strong work ethic and solid understanding of TikTok and social media.
- Extensive experience and passion for fashion and retail, with expertise in wigs, fashion jewelry, and accessories, plus awareness of industry trends and techniques.
- Confident, expressive, and comfortable in front of the camera—smile, thousands of TikTok viewers will be watching you daily!
- Fun, outgoing personality with exceptional communication skills.
