This year, SHOPLINE established their first US office in the heart of LA marking a new milestone to disrupt the e-commerce industry. The GTM team is rapidly growing. What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Be the generalist across the expanding SHOPLINE platform and ecosystem; eCommerce, Social Commerce, POS, Payments, Logistics, Solutions Ecosystem, and more
  2. Lead, building, and executing account level strategies to drive GMV growth for your accounts
  3. Adoption of Shopline tech (Shopline Payments, Shopline Logistics, etc) among your key accounts.
  4. Understanding the merchant, their vision and business as well as their goals and expectations for SHOPLINE
  5. Helping to build strong relationships with merchants and their teams
  6. Coaching merchants to grow their business by partnering with them on goal development, and providing tailored and structured recommendations to achieve those goals.
  7. Identifying areas for improvement, including opportunities for product adoption and implementing new features; recommending ways to best utilize SHOPLINE’s solutions
  8. Partnering with internal SHOPLINE teams to advocate for merchants’ needs and requests.
  9. Working on technical issues with SHOPLINE's escalated Support teams.
  10. Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of industry trends and how they could apply to the merchants you work with.



Who We Are Looking For:

  1. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce or client-facing/account management roles
  2. Understanding of e-commerce best practices/ ecosystem
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a relentless attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced ambiguous environment, and willingness to test and iterate different engagement and growth methods.
  5. Value driven and merchant obsessed mindset. We grow progressively with our merchant's success and push boundaries to overcome challenges with our merchants.
  6. Agile mindset, to manage expectations and prioritize deliverables.
  7. Entrepreneurial and passionate attitude. We are passionate about our merchant's business, as much as our own.

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
