We’re a growing merchant cash advance company looking for a driven, commission-only sales rep who wants to control their own income. This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales role — no cold walk-ins, no fluff, just outbound calling and closing.
Earning Potential Commission-only structure. Reps who hit daily activity targets typically earn $75,000–$150,000 in year one, with top performers earning $200,000 . Your income is a direct result of your effort — there’s no ceiling.
Daily Expectations
150 outbound dials per day
2 hours of live talk time per day
Consistent pipeline management and follow-up
What Success Looks Like
30 Days: Fully ramped on the pitch and objection handling, hitting daily dial/talk-time targets consistently, first deals in the pipeline.
60 Days: Closing deals independently, building a repeatable process, hitting or exceeding monthly funding targets.
90 Days: Consistent top-of-funnel activity translating into a steady close rate, on pace for the $75K–$150K year-one range.
