Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Key job responsibilities
- Partner with merchant organization to develop and execute brand-specific growth strategies across multiple brand portfolios
- Drive comprehensive P&L ownership and executive-level business reviews
- Design and implement data-driven reporting systems to monitor performance, identify trends, and surface opportunities in real-time
- Lead root cause analysis and partner with teams to implement solutions
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with Amazon stakeholders
- Develop and execute scalable frameworks for brand onboarding, growth acceleration, and optimization
- Lead brand registry enrollment process and serve as subject matter expert for Shopbop and vendors
- Create compelling vendor pitch materials and training documentation
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing and activation execution between internal teams and brand partners
- Design and deliver marketplace best practices training to internal teams
- Orchestrate efforts between buying, planning, operations, and marketplace teams to drive business objectives
- Create and maintain feedback loops between marketplace performance and buying strategies
- Develop automated monitoring systems for performance tracking and issue identification
- Implement scalable business processes across multiple teams
- 5 years of with Excel experience
- 5 years of account management, project or program management or buying experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of professional or military experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration
- Experience with business analysis and P&L management
- Experience managing reporting and analysis
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- Experience managing complex multiple brand relationships
- Experience working with Amazon Marketplace
- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
