Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located at Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY. The Assistant Sales Manager will support the daily operations of the store, including leading and supervising the sales team, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, training team members, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring adherence to company standards. This role requires close collaboration with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
