What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory and Materials Coordinator position at Shop Southern Belle?
We’re a growing apparel and merchandise brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory & Materials Coordinator to help keep our production and fulfillment running smoothly. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, material preparation, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Inventory Management
- Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory and materials
- Maintain accurate inventory levels (materials, supplies, finished goods)
- Flag low stock levels and discrepancies
- Help with inventory audits and counts
- Keep inventory areas clean, labeled, and organized
Material Prep (Pre-Production)
- Prepare materials for production (sorting, counting, staging, labeling)
- Assist with folding, bundling, and prepping items for printing/pressing
Warehouse Support
- Assist with order packing and fulfillment as needed
- Help keep warehouse workflow efficient and tidy
- Support team with daily operational needs
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working on your feet and potentially lifting boxes (up to ~40 lbs)
- Able to follow systems and processes accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Inventory, warehouse, or production experience is a plus (but not required)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
