Shop Quick Lux & Melody Smoke & Vape – Indianapolis / Carmel

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and hands-on Store Manager to oversee daily operations, staff accountability, customer experience, and overall store performance for our retail locations.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused retail environment while helping lead and motivate a team.

• Hourly pay structure with performance-based bonus opportunities
• Estimated total earnings may range between $15.00 – $17.00/hour including potential bonuses

Bonuses, incentives, and additional compensation are discretionary, performance-based, and not guaranteed. Actual earnings may vary depending on attendance, performance, store results, scheduling, and operational needs.

• Ensure stores open and operate on time daily
• Supervise employees and help maintain accountability
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional store presentation
• Train employees on customer service and sales expectations
• Support inventory management and daily operations
• Ensure all transactions are processed properly through POS systems
• Help improve customer experience and overall sales performance

• Previous retail leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene required
• Comfortable managing employees and enforcing policies
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment

• Professional appearance and clean dress required during all shifts
• Good hygiene and grooming expected at all times
• Must maintain store cleanliness and organization
• All transactions must be processed through POS systems
• No phone use during shifts except for business-related purposes
• Must follow and help enforce store policies and procedures

• Full-time position
• Day, evening, and weekend availability required
