• Ensure effective schedule management for staff and resources to meet operational demands.
• Coordinate human resources functions related to hiring, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Implement office management practices that promote efficiency and organization within the team.
• Manage front desk operations including phone systems and calendar management.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is organized and accessible.
