Playroom Manager
We are seeking an experienced and confident individual capable of leading and running all day-to-day business and management activities. The ideal candidate for this role must be able to ensure that health and security standards are always met whilst maintaining high customer service levels. Fun, energetic, self-motivated, approachable, and a positive attitude are all qualities required to be successful with Shop N Play.
We are looking for a manager who can multitask; from developing various children’s activities to creating sales and marketing plans as well as performance incentives. Keeping revenue high and expenses low are two super-crucial aspects of the manager’s role.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure all guest are greeted enthusiastically and staff interact with our guests in a positive and professional manner to create an enjoyable play experience in our facility, to exceed customers' expectations, and to encourage repeat visits.
- To ensure all associates are effectively trained to perform all job responsibilities properly and efficiently.
- To ensure staff performance is measured and all positive and negative feedback is communicated, documented, and recorded on an immediate and regular basis.
- To ensure staff levels within the store reflect the requirements of the business.
- To ensure all marketing and promotional plans are always executed professionally and accurately, while good records of results are maintained.
- To monitor and control the operation and recommend changes in policies as required.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of ages or older.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effetely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of basic computer skills.
- Must be a positive and charismatic leader.
- Must adhere to the established appearance guidelines.
