Shop Joyeria Bella is looking for a confident, energetic Spanish Speaking Live Sales Representative to showcase and sell jewelry through live streaming on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

This role is ideal for someone who speaks fluent Spanish and enjoys being on camera, engaging with customers in real time, and turning conversations into sales.

What You’ll Do

• Present and showcase jewelry during live broadcasts in an engaging, professional way
• Explain product details, pricing, and promotions clearly to viewers
• Interact with customers in real time, answering questions and building trust
• Keep jewelry organized and ready during live sessions
• Promote special offers, financing options, and payment plans to increase sales
• Accurately confirm customer orders during live streams
• Meet daily and weekly sales goals
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth order processing
• Share customer insights and trends with the team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or call center (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and confidence on camera
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales
• Goal-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Strong, confident on-camera presence

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Conduct engaging product demos to highlight the craftsmanship and unique features of our gold jewelry collections
• Assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that match their preferences and budgets, offering expert advice on styles and care
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for efficient transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by stocking displays, organizing jewelry showcases, and ensuring the store looks inviting and well-presented
• Perform stock checks, inventory counts, and assist with merchandise replenishment to keep the store fully stocked and appealing
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or vendors
• Supervise junior team members when needed, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer engagement strategies

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures in retail settings
• Supervising experience or leadership qualities to guide team members effectively
• Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities are a plus for connecting with diverse customers
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and educate customers about jewelry features and care
• Skilled in upselling techniques to enhance sales performance without pressuring customers
• Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math for inventory management
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Basic math skills for transactions, discounts, and inventory calculations; experience in grocery store retail is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
