POSITION OVERVIEW
The Spa and Wellness Supervisor is a seasonal position key to the Shooting Star team, supporting the Spa to ensure smooth operations, professional communications, and an exceptional member experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer phones, emails, and greet all members and club guests upon arrival.
• Assist members making spa reservations.
• Noting member preferences across platforms. Understanding the members as a whole person (car they drive, seating preferences, habits at the Club).
• Track spa usage and maintain tracking of the Unaccompanied Guest Log.
• Keep the department stocked with all supplies.
• Collaborate with the team to promote activities and enhance the overall member experience.
• Walk through ladies locker room and other spa spaces to maintain cleanliness
