POSITION - Head Coach
The Head Coach plays a pivotal role in shaping the Shoot 360 experience, creating and maintaining a training environment that upholds the Shoot 360 standard. The majority of their time will be spent coaching athletes, mentoring staff, and fostering a welcoming, motivating, and encouraging atmosphere.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Basketball experience in at least two of the following areas:
High school varsity playing experience
Two years of basketball or fitness training experience
Youth (K-12) coaching experience
- Passion for basketball, fitness, or sports performance training
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a focus on building community and relationships
- High School Diploma or GED

- Pushing the A.R.M. out and in place

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver high-quality training that aligns with Shoot 360’s coaching standards—including coaching, personal training, camps, clinics, and other workout activities
- Support the onboarding of new staff by training them in product knowledge and coaching methodology
- Engage with members to understand their goals and provide personalized guidance
- Plan and execute premium products, such as camps, clinics, personal training sessions, birthday parties, and shooting leagues
- Represent Shoot 360 at local basketball events (e.g., games, tournaments, community events, outreach programs) to promote the facility as needed
- Evaluate staff performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement in the areas of coaching, personal training, and customer service
