Shoot 360 Shreveport-Bossier City is seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team.
This position is accountable for business development, revenue growth, and sales at the facility. The Assistant General Manager works directly with the General Manager and helps maintain the facility’s success by supporting daily operations, monitoring staff performance and productivity, delivering exceptional customer service, and representing Shoot 360’s core values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Assistant General Manager will:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to set, track, and execute monthly business goals
- Support the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly facility functions to maximize facility profit-and-loss goals
- Build strong relationships with members, staff, and the grassroots community to support lead generation
- Manage leads through CRM and gym-management systems
- Help organize and plan facility marketing initiatives, including promotions, member-appreciation activities, and events
- Support staff-retention efforts by assisting with staff-development training and facility mentorship
- Support all customer-service functions, including billing, phone calls, and maintaining positive relationships with customers, staff, and coaches
- Create an inclusive culture that reflects the Shoot 360 brand, company values, safety protocols, and strategy
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- A strong understanding of recurring-revenue models, customer-retention strategies, and business operations
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, point-of-sale platforms, and Microsoft Office
- A passion for developing athletes and fostering a love for basketball
