Overview:
Support project planning and scheduling activities through development, maintenance, and analysis of integrated project schedules.
Required Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant scheduling experience
- Advanced scheduling capabilities including critical path forensic analysis
- Experience with Primavera P6
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Excel
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Project Schedule using Primavera P6
- Create detailed project schedules by workstream and vendor
- Provide schedule updates and progress status reports
- Develop 3-6 week lookahead schedules
- Perform critical path analysis
- Prepare baseline versus actual forecast reports
- Conduct schedule risk and variance analysis
- Review and integrate vendor schedules
- Perform schedule quality assessments
- Manage schedule integration activities
