We are a fast paced, fun and friendly office that is growing rapidly and looking forward to adding to our close knit team. We are seeking a long term dedicated and multitasking Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic team and enhance the patient experience.
This role is approximately 32 hours per week. We seek someone who is highly organized, driven, quick on their feet and has extraordinary levels of empathy, trustworthiness and hospitality. Having six arms and legs would be a tremendous bonus as you will be juggling and shape-shifting on the fly as needed.
The duties are ever-evolving, but not limited to managing patient flow, administering therapy, answering phone, typing notes, and general cleaning of equipment. All systems training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chiropractor with patient treatments and procedures
- Manage front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and patient check-ins
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate office inventory and ensure a clean, organized workspace
- Support billing processes and insurance verification
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Computer literate
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications
