We provide a range of services to support our agents, including:
Marketing: We have a well-established brand and run large marketing campaigns to generate leads for our agents on a daily basis. We also provide field services, such as delivering and picking up lockboxes, installing and removing "For Sale" and "SOLD" signs, and providing open house signage and directional signage.
Listing Coordinators: Our listing coordinators handle all aspects of listing a home, including ordering photos, scheduling appointments, communicating with sellers, and ensuring compliance with all necessary paperwork and regulations. They also input and adjust all listings on the MLS and market open houses on social media.
Transaction Coordinators: Our transaction coordinators facilitate the entire transaction on behalf of the agent, communicating with all parties involved, including title companies, lenders, clients, and co-op agents. They ensure compliance with all paperwork and regulations, help get signatures, and keep clients informed of the closing process.
Overall, our goal is to support our agents in every way possible so they can focus on building relationships with clients and closing deals.
