Duties
- Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons.
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop social skills.
- Engage children in activities that enhance their cognitive, emotional, and physical growth, including toddler care and preschool routines.
- Help create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment aligned with curriculum standards.
- Support classroom organization by preparing materials, setting up learning stations, and maintaining supplies.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to foster strong relationships and ensure consistent care.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues on lesson planning and classroom activities.

- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and childcare best practices.
- Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings.
