SUMMARY
The Registered Occupational therapist (OTR) assists clients to improve their ability to perform daily living tasks, basic motor functions and cognitive abilities. This will be an on call, as needed position, helping cover weekdays. One weekend day would be required per month. This position will be cover both our St. Paul and St. Louis Park location's Long Term Care Center and our Transitional Care Unit.
Job Specifications
Education, Experience and Credentials
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in Occupational Therapy required.
• One or more years hands-on experience working with a geriatric population preferred.
• Must be licensed with the State of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist and must maintain licensure.
• Must be registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• CPR/First Aid certified through American Red Cross required.

Compensation: An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
