SUMMARY

The Director of Nursing, Assisted Living Services is responsible for the Assisted Living operations of an assigned site including residents, staff and the coordination of assisted living and housing interactions.

 JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education, Experience and Credentials

• Required to be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota, or the ability to procure within a specified period, and must maintain licensure.
• Two or more years of experience in a similar position and in a similar care environment is preferred.
• One-year previous related experience in a supervisory position and in a similar care environment is highly preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred, upon hire certification required.

Compensation: An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
