SUMMARY:

The Campus Director of Social Services provides leadership, vision and management to the Social Services department to provide social services to apartment tenants, nursing home and assisted living residents.  Additionally, the Campus Director Social Services shares a responsibility toward creating and sustaining an environment that individualizes each resident, working to promote their physical, social and psychosocial well-being.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Education, Experience and Certifications

• For campuses with a Care Center with over 120 licensed beds Must be licensed by the MN Board of Social Work and maintain unrestricted licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Gerontology or a related field required. An equivalent combination of professional experience and education considered at discretion of management.
• Three years or more of social work or related experience preferred preferably in a long-term care environment. 
• Three or more years’ experience leading and supervising social services staff preferred.

Compensation: An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization prioritizes pay equity and considers internal team equity when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. Shift and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
