Role Overview
Based in Seattle, this role maintains our US AWS data environment, supports North America business data operations, and handles compliance-sensitive operations involving customer data — including Klaviyo audience tagging, Salesforce data processing, and data access management.
Core Responsibilitie
- sMaintain the US AWS data environment, including data ingestion, storage, access permissions, logging, and reliability
- .Support processing and analysis of sales, order, customer service, and marketing data within the US environment
- .Partner with business teams to execute Klaviyo audience tagging, user segmentation, and marketing data operations
- .Support AI agents running in the US cloud environment for data tagging, report generation, and operational assistance
- .Establish and maintain data access controls, audit logs, and operational standards

Qualificatio
- nsBased in the United States; familiar with US data compliance and enterprise IT / cloud environment
- s.Working knowledge of AWS data services, access management, log monitoring, and basic operation
- s.Experience with Salesforce, Klaviyo, BI tools, or CDPs is a plu
- s.Experience with data security, privacy protection, or access control is a plu
