Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide client service support consistent with fiduciary and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records, documentation, and correspondence
- Prepare client materials and reports to institutional standards
- Manage electronic data, document retention, and secure workflows
- Support advisors with account administration, onboarding, and service requests
- Coordinate with custodians, internal partners, and service providers as required
- Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Demonstrated ability to work with electronic data in regulated environments
- Professional phone presence and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline
- Preferred:
- Experience within private banking, family office, trust, or Registered Investment Advisor environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
- Experience with portfolio management, reporting, or custodial platforms
