Mobile Agricultural & Construction Service Technician

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate a company service truck and keep up to date service records
- Perform diagnosis, maintenance and repairs on various types of heavy equipment, including brands such as Bobcat, Case IH, Vermeer and others.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
- Use power tools and hand tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment components
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to identify and resolve equipment problems
- Fabricate and weld parts as needed for repairs
- Operate heavy equipment as required for testing and diagnostics
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction

- Gather detailed information for warranty submission to manufacturers

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and dealership procedures
- Proficiency in operating agriculture and other heavy equipment machines
- Experience using power tools and hand tools for equipment repairs
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints
- Skilled in fabricating and welding parts for equipment repairs
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
