Job description:
Shoeder’s Delivery Service, an independent service provider for FedEx, is seeking to hire route pickup and delivery drivers in the Mosinee, WI area. Ideal candidates for this position include individuals who are safety focused and excel in time management, navigation and independent decision making.
Job duties include:
· Operation of modern parcel delivery vehicles in rural and urban territories (12,000lb GVWR, No CDL required)
· Performance of pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
· Use of electronic devices and mobile applications for navigation and parcel pickup and delivery
· Organization of route and stop order to optimize pickup and delivery efficiency
· Safe, professional, and courteous parcel handling, pickup, and delivery

Qualifications:
· Must be at least 21 years old
· Must pass a pre-employment drug test
· Must have or be able to pass DOT physical and obtain Federal Medical Certificate for commercial vehicle operations
