Role Description This full-time, on-site Store Manager role is based in Littleton, CO. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory oversight, and maintaining store standards. This role leads and coaches store team members, assigns tasks, and supports performance and development to ensure a positive work environment. The Store Manager focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving customer concerns, and promoting sales to achieve store goals. Additional responsibilities include monitoring retail loss prevention, ensuring compliance with company policies, managing cash handling, and preparing routine reports for leadership.
