```Duties```
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations and ensuring smooth store functioning
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Supervise and train retail staff, including conducting employee orientations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and optimize product placement
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute sales goals and strategies
- Assist in creating employee work schedules and managing shift rotations
- Manage payroll processes, including tracking employee hours and submitting accurate payroll reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities to achieve store targets
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of retail management principles and practices
- Ability to effectively manage shifts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in payroll management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly if serving a diverse customer base
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and store operations
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and implement effective sales strategies
- Familiarity with employee orientation processes and training techniques
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage store operations independently or in the absence of the Store Manager
