- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and reconcile daily financial reports with precision.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing new employees to enhance team performance.
- Enforce store policies, safety protocols, and ensure compliance with company standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or similar environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service excellence and conflict resolution.
