Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals
- Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
- Process freight and execute seasonal floor sets
- Create and publish weekly store schedules
- Manage daily deposits and bank runs
- Maintain proper staffing levels based on business needs
- Support community events, local partnerships, and charitable initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation (banking responsibilities)
