Retail Sales Co-Store Manager – Shoe Sensation

Shoe Sensation is looking for an energetic Retail Co-Store Manager who loves talking to people, thrives in sales, and leads with confidence. Our managers treat the store like their own—driving results, building strong teams, and creating Sensational customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals
- Deliver outstanding customer service from greeting to checkout
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and develop team members
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
- Process freight and execute seasonal floor sets
- Assisting in creating and publish weekly store schedules
- Manage daily deposits and bank runs
- Assist in maintaining proper staffing levels based on business needs
- Support community events, local partnerships, and charitable initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for sales and team development
- Ability to work independently and lead through change
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
- Valid driver’s license and personal transportation (banking responsibilities)
