HERE’S WHAT A DAY AT WORK MAY LOOK LIKE…
• Lead and inspire the team to exceed daily sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure everything is running efficiently.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members to reach their full potential.
• Monitor and maintain store standards, ensuring visual displays and merchandising are on point.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure everyone leaves with a positive experience.
ABOUT YOU…
• High School or equivalent
• 1-3 years of retail management.
• Make sure you understand Shoe Palace is full of opportunities and changes
• You have the people skills to grow your team
• A desire to work hard and be successful
• Computer savvy
• Honesty and loyalty, we have a strong team so we need someone even stronger to lead it
IT WOULD BE GREAT BUT NOT COMPLETELY NECESSARY TO HAVE…
• Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
• Experience working with a growing company
