What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on, sales-driven role. As a Shoe Care Specialist, you’ll:
- Clean and restore customers’ shoes on-site using our professional techniques and products
- Use each cleaning as an opportunity to demonstrate and sell our shoe care product line
- Engage mall foot traffic and build a customer base through walk-up service and sales
- Represent the Shoe MGK brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
This is a 100% commission-based position. Your earnings are tied directly to your sales and service performance — the more you sell, the more you make. There is no hourly wage for this role.
