What you should know:
The Loss Prevention Coordinator provides administrative and investigative support to the Loss Prevention Manager. This role is responsible for managing daily reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting with recovery efforts while maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as a self-starter are essential, as this position involves frequent interaction with managers, stores, and outside agencies.
What you will do:
· Provide administrative support to the Loss Prevention Manager, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
· Follow up on calls to the internal LP Hotline.
· Analyze, research, process, and file daily Loss Prevention reports to identify issues and needs.
· Monitor and investigate fraudulent activity within the Loyalty Rewards program.
· Identify store locations with paperwork violations and escalate findings as needed.
· Assist in recovery efforts related to Loss Prevention admissions.
· Compile, maintain, and key data for cases referred to outside collection agencies.
Software Applications:
· BOSaNOVA – intermediate skill level preferred
· MS Office/Excel - intermediate skill level required
