Responsibilities
- Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Assist in supervising daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment
- Support the recruiting process by participating in interviewing potential team members and assisting with employee orientation and training
- Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Oversee inventory control, and stock organization to maximize sales opportunities
- Supervise team members during shifts by delegating tasks effectively, monitoring performance, and providing coaching or feedback as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to safety, security, and store procedures
- Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional displays to enhance store visibility and sales performance
- Maintain excellent communication skills with staff and customers to foster a positive shopping environment
- Handle customer concerns promptly to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Support management in budgeting efforts and sales management strategies to meet or exceed store goals
