The Merchandise Drop Ship Assistant performs administrative work and provides support to the Drop Ship Manager
- Facilitates and ensures timely completion of style set up process.
- Updates drop ship pricing.
- Maintains drop ship database file (i.e. removal of styles and upc maintenance).
- Creates and maintains drop ship merchandise analysis reports in Excel.
- Performs quality assurance checks for all stock keeping units (skus), including accurate photography, categorization, description, and product name.
- Acts as the liaison between Merchandising and Drop Ship operations to resolve issues related to the presentation of products online.
- Partners with the eCommerce Photographer to resolve product photography errors.
- Creates or reproduces reports, forms, correspondence, and other materials as needed by the Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office and ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to embrace and manage change.
- Strong follow up and follow through to ensure all tasks are fully completed.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
